After Your Session
We’ll send you a bill after your session is complete. This gives us space to finalize the details on our end and gives you a moment to breathe. You’ll receive your invoice by email, and you can pay whenever you're ready within 30 days.
Care at Your Pace
If your total balance is over $150, you’ll be enrolled in Care at Your Pace, our gentle billing option. This allows you to pay in $150 monthly installments, automatically charged to your card until your balance is covered.
No interest. No hidden fees. Just support that meets you where you are.
How Payment Works
You'll have 30 days to review your bill or ask questions.
After that, your card on file will be charged automatically.
If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll pause and reach out with options — including updating your card or adjusting your plan.
